Pennsylvania Dutch Crookneck is a treasured heirloom winter squash known for its rich, smooth flesh and excellent keeping quality. Vigorous 6–8-foot vines produce large, light-tan fruits weighing 10–20 pounds, with a rounded base and an elongated neck filled almost entirely with golden-orange flesh. This flavorful squash is ideal for roasting, soups and hearty winter meals. Properly cured fruits can be stored for several months. Reaches maturity in approximately 105 days.
