Golden Summer Crookneck produces abundant harvests of tender, butter-yellow squash with gently curved necks, lightly textured skin and creamy white flesh. The compact, bush-type plants grow 2–4 feet wide, making them easy to manage in the garden. Harvest the flavorful fruits at 6–8 inches long for the best texture. Delicious roasted, steamed, sautéed or enjoyed fresh. Reaches maturity in approximately 42 days.
