Organic German chamomile is an heirloom annual with delicate, fern-like foliage and ¾" apple-scented, daisy-like flowers. The white blooms with sunny yellow centers appear from late spring through summer and can be harvested fresh or dried for tea, arrangements, wreaths, and crafts. Edible petals can also be added to salads. Plants grow more than 24" tall in full sun, attract pollinators and beneficial insects, and are drought-tolerant, deer-resistant, and suitable for containers.
