Organic Borage Seeds

Organic Borage is a versatile heirloom herb with striking blue—and occasionally pink—flowers that bloom from spring into summer. The edible flowers have a light cucumber-like flavor and make a colorful garnish for salads, dips, and summer drinks. Leaves and stems can also be steamed like spinach or chard. Growing 2'–3' tall in full sun to part shade, borage attracts bees and other beneficial insects and can also be grown as a cover crop. Established plants are fairly drought tolerant and deer resistant.
