The finish on your metal wall sculpture is ready for indoor display.  If you are presenting your piece in outdoor elements for an extended time, spray it with a clear spray enamel such as Rustoleum to keep it protected from rust. If you prefer the rusted patina, thoroughly spray with WD-40 and do not wipe the spray.  For the best protection, this will need to be reapplied at least once a year.
