Tendergreen Mustard Spinach, also known as komatsuna, is a fast-growing Japanese green with smooth, glossy leaves and a mild flavor. Harvest young leaves as tender baby greens or allow plants to mature for sauteing, stir-fries, soups, and other cooked dishes. Hardy, productive plants are slow to bolt and tolerate a range of growing conditions, performing especially well in cool weather.
