Kurinishiki Kabocha is a reliable winter squash prized for its sweet, smooth yellow-orange flesh and rich flavor similar to a sweet potato. Each productive vine yields compact, flattened 3–4 lb. fruits with dark greenish-gray rinds and pale green striping.
