Round Zucchini Summer Squash produces tender, sweet fruits with an appealing globe shape. Harvest the squash when they reach 3"–4" wide for the best flavor and texture. Their convenient size makes them ideal for stuffing, grilling, or serving as individual soup bowls, while the edible blossoms are delicious when fried. These productive, heat-loving plants thrive in full sun, grow well in containers, and are ready to harvest in approximately 45 days. Harvest frequently to encourage continued production.
