Solbunch is a vigorous hybrid bunching onion prized for its sweet, tender stalks and mild flavor. The uniform plants grow approximately 15 inches tall, producing blue-green stalks that transition to white near the base and develop small ¾-inch bulbs. Enjoy them fresh or grilled whole for cebollitas asadas. The greens can also be clipped about an inch above the soil and allowed to regrow for repeated harvests. Reaches maturity in approximately 60 days.
