This standout Rose of Sharon, an Althea Shrub, offers large, single ruffled rose-pink flowers adorned with prominent burgundy center.  The overlapping flower petals form a circle.  The Satin Rose of Sharon has flossy green leaves and short internodes that make for lovely, full bushing plant.  This plant is adaptable but does prefer full sun.
