Perpetual Spinach Swiss Chard Seeds
Perpetual Spinach is an Italian heirloom Swiss chard grown for its smooth green leaves, thin bright green stems and mild, spinach-like flavor. Enjoy the tender leaves as baby greens or allow them to reach full size for cooking. Plants grow up to 20" tall in full sun to part shade and mature in approximately 20–50 days, depending on the harvest stage. This cold-tolerant variety is also slower to bolt in hot weather. Harvest the outer leaves as needed or cut the plant approximately 2" above the ground to encourage fresh growth.
