Organic Early Jalapeno Chile Pepper produces flavorful, medium-hot peppers on plants that are well adapted to cooler climates. Harvest the peppers green for a classic jalapeno bite or allow them to ripen red for a sweeter, bolder flavor. This organic variety is versatile in salsas, sauces, marinades, and everyday cooking. Peppers measure 2,500-5,000 Scoville heat units.
