NuMex Joe E. Parker Chile Anaheim Pepper Seeds

NuMex Joe E. Parker is a productive Anaheim pepper introduced by New Mexico State University in 1990. The uniform, thick-walled peppers grow approximately 6"–8" long and 1½"–2" wide, with few seeds and excellent flavor for roasting, stuffing, canning, or enjoying fresh. Fruits begin green and ripen to red. Rated at 500–2,500 Scoville heat units, this variety delivers mild heat. Plants grow more than 24" tall, perform well in containers, and mature approximately 75 days after transplanting in full sun. Protect this frost-sensitive pepper from cold temperatures.
