Megatron Jalapeño Chile Pepper Seeds

Megatron Jalapeño produces an early, abundant harvest of extra-large, thick-walled peppers with medium heat and rich flavor. The dark green fruits grow up to 4½" long and 1½" wide, ripening red for a slightly sweeter, spicier flavor. Rated at 2,500–5,000 Scoville heat units, these substantial jalapeños are excellent for stuffing, grilling, salsa and homemade poppers. Tall, productive plants thrive in full sun and mature approximately 65 days after transplanting. Megatron also offers high resistance to bacterial leaf spot races 0–3 and tobamovirus. Wear gloves when harvesting or handling cut peppers.
