Golden Sweet Snow Pea produces vigorous 6–8-foot vines with colorful purple flowers followed by flat, lemon-yellow pods. The sweet, tender pods grow 3–3.5 inches long and are delicious eaten fresh, steamed or added to stir-fries. Harvest regularly before the seeds begin to swell for the best flavor and texture. Mature seeds can also be dried and used in soups. Reaches maturity in approximately 60 days.
