Cayenne Blend Chile Pepper Seeds

Cayenne Blend combines Golden Cayenne and Long Red Thin peppers for a colorful, productive harvest. The slender, thin-walled peppers grow approximately 4"–6" long and ½" wide, beginning green before ripening yellow or dark red. Rated at 30,000–50,000 Scoville heat units, they are excellent fresh in hot sauces and chilis or dried for cayenne powder, pepper flakes, and decorative ristras. Plants grow 12"–24" tall, perform well in containers, and mature approximately 68 days after transplanting in full sun. Protect this frost-sensitive blend from cold temperatures.
