The giant heart-shaped leaves, unique twisted branches and trunk make this a beautiful shade tree. In May, showy clusters of large, orchid-like white flowers with purple and yellow inner spotting appear. Flowers give way to long bean-like seed pods. Do not plant over sidewalk or driveway as the flowers and fruit are slippery. Sun to partial shade. 40-60'H x 20-40'W
