Barr's Purple Crocus brings rich violet-purple color to the garden in very early spring. Its delicate, cup-shaped blooms open above slender green foliage, creating a welcome burst of color as winter fades. Plant bulbs in fall in borders, rock gardens, naturalized areas or beneath deciduous trees and shrubs. Over time, plants can multiply and create larger drifts of spring color.
